To our little Kyra
Happy birthday our angel for yesterday!
The day started out with a birthday song, as I brought all her gifts to her. Her little eyes lit up and she giggled with delight as she tore open her gifts.
Kyra was thoroughly spoilt, not only with gifts, but with many phonecalls, text messages and email. Thank you SO much everyone for remembering her birthday and for your messages.
After the early morning’s activities, I got everyone ready and made for a lovely little animal farm up in Hillcrest, called Duck and Deck. Tristan and Kyra got to feed ponies, pigs, ducks, chickens, swans, goats and these animals that, to me, looked like llamas, but turned out to be something else. For the life of me I simply cannot remember what they are.
After that we had a lovely lunch, followed by a pony ride for Tristan. Kyra had absolutely no interest in even sitting on the pony, but she did invest alot of time in singing happy birthday to herself all day and was only too eager to tell anyone who would listen, that it was her birthday. Kayden just lay there in his pram, being too cute and fun was had by all.
We finally made our way back home and had a relaxing evening.
